HASSAN ISLAND PROJECT
Hassan Island Project
The structural work comprised concrete foundation and screed applications.
For finishing, we completed blockwork, plastering, normal and rough texture painting, waterproofing, tiling, LGS installations, gypsum works, Rockwool insulation, cement board, and plywood applications.
Our fence work involved excavation, backfilling, foundation preparation, fence installation, and fabric work.
Additionally, we undertook a specialized acoustic scope :Acoustic Treatment to Achieve Acoustic Criteria. This Involve applying high-grade acoustic sealant to all roofing joints and penetrations, ensuring a continuous and unbroken seal.Upgrade roof STC by adding a layer of MLV, glass wool, and a resilient channel between the thatched roof and ceiling finish.
Additionally, we undertook a specialized acoustic scope for 100% noise insulation of the AC room. This involved the installation of customized perforated panels, ensuring superior acoustic performance that met the highest industry standards and requirements.
